To manage the production of Annual Reports, we combine a highly collaborative working model in which the basics provided by the client are combined with insights from our team. Reports are tailored to each client’s needs.   The process presented here is the standard model for putting together a client’s Standard Annual Report.

THE PROCESS

1. Vision Meeting (VM)

We meet at the client to discuss their vision for the Annual Report – the scope, the tone, the overall look and feel. The vision meeting helps us to understand our clients and their priorities. Together, we decide on the scope of work and timelines of delivery. Annual Reports are handed over in digital format.

2. Creative & layout

At this meeting we produce three samples of style and layout from which the client chooses. Any modifications are discussed and noted.

3. Design

Clients send us their material, and we edit, add or re-write, as necessary, to give the report a communicative, readable and consistent style. We create graphics and add photographs as needed. Generally, we prefer to complete the editing/re-writing within seven days and the designed PDF within 14 days, but have done so more quickly in the past.

4. Proofreading & content styling

Our teams go through the proof reading exercise of the Annual Report in its PDF form. We produce a editing style sheet that showcase how each of the language and grammar has been put together. From COVI-19 VS Covid-19, each of our styling is designed to make the process of editing easy.

Delivery and closure

We deliver the Annual Report in digital format within 14 working days – a single page format for print and a double page format for digital reading. Once the client is happy, they sign off the work.
