I am writing to let you know that Corporate Social Responsibility News South Africa remains committed to you and to your organisation, as a valued member of the Corporate Social Responsibility News South Africa family, through this unprecedented time.
We are operating at full capacity and will continue to serve you, our clients and customers, and your ability to manage, maintain, create, share and develop great programmes and projects for our country.
When we first crystallised our company mission, we could not have predicted that that the objectives of that mission would have to be put into full gear so early on in our journey. Our mission remains, as always: ‘to improve the practice of CSI in a changing South Africa. This mission influences how we approach development, what we do, and what we prioritise.’

We are excited to share with you that our updated website is now up and running, and with it, some interesting new offerings that are designed for your output efficiency and how you do business, source funding and access career and bursary help.
Below are the five projects our teams are working on and can assist you to achieve your objectives at maximum output.
As some of you may know, we assist NGOs by sending you funding news on a monthly basis – who is funding whom, and how, and when. All news is up to the minute and relevant for South African NGOs. This is a paid service costing only ZAR99 a month, or ZAR890 for 12 months. It could be the ZAR890 that opens new avenues of funding and new life for your NGO.
We have introduced an exciting new jobs portal, where you can search all jobs related to CSI and NGO work.
- ‘Worth Mentioning’
This is an exciting new development: Once a month, our Editor-in-Chief chooses a programme that we deem ‘Worth Mentioning’. The programme may include a new NGO, an unknown NGO doing excellent work, or a worthy start-up seeking funding. We’ll tell you about the people running the programme, what they do on a daily basis, what they need and how you can support. Sometimes we may just want to highlight excellence!
We’re also excited to introduce to you our newest product, Bursaries. One of the most challenging aspects of educating our children is where to find the funds for tertiary education. Our bursary page, currently under construction, will collate all relevant and up-to-date bursary information to meet the needs of South African bursary seekers.
- Impact 50
Our team is working on the newest programme, Impact 50, which will showcase 50 of the most powerful CSI and NGO organisations in SA today, including the leaders that run them and
- the top 10 most influential people in CSI/NGOs in SA today.
